Corporate pass terms and conditions: Special corporate rates are reserved for corporate institutions only and Exile reserves the right to reject any bookings for non-corporates.

Event cancellation policy: Exile reserves the right to cancel or postpone any events if the event location is deemed unsafe, to ensure the safety of all attendees. Any expenses that occurred because of any change won’t be payable.

Booking cancellation policy:Delegates can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the event is taking place in 3 months or more. For cancellations within 3 months, a credit note for the full value of booking will be issued. This credit note can be redeemed against any Exile product in the next 18 months.

Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card (including MasterCard, Visa and American Express). All payments must be made prior to attending an event.
